Susan, Calla Property’s founder, is one of Australia’s foremost property experts. With education and experience in most aspects of property, investment, planning, and lending, she is passionate about helping clients invest in the best property in the market. She has developed an award-winning property research methodology over the past 20 years – Calla Property Insights. It is this research that is used to find the right property in the right place at the right time and it’s based specifically on clients’ strategic goals and budgets and works with all investment structures. The majority of Calla Property clients will invest in 4-5 properties within the first 5 years of working with Calla Property as the research will identify the areas that have consistent capital growth and cashflow to support the investment.

Kit has remarkable abilities in strategic planning, negotiating, and client relationship management. Her strong background in real estate allows her to spot and seize investment opportunities with ease.
SPECIAL PROJECTS LEAD
Along with Susan, Joean forms part of the management team. Her focus is on the systems that drive the client experience and the successful roll-out of innovation for the company.
PROPERTY ACQUISITION LEAD
With the company since the beginning, Drew works with builders and property vendors Australia-wide to source the best properties for you. His innovative approach has helped to develop new products to add to the Calla Property Suite.
DEALS COORDINATION LEAD
Chelsea works with your broker and solicitor to ensure that key dates are met and that all parties have up-to-date information. She works with the vendors to provide you with regular updates – supporting you throughout the purchase process.
SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
Henry works closely with Joean to focus on the system. He seamlessly integrates emerging technologies into Calla Property processes. His approach has helped to enhance efficiency and cultivate an environment of continuous innovation.
PRESENTATIONS LEAD
Gio works closely with Drew to research the best areas for investment at any given point, Australia-wide. He coordinates the information to create the Property Presentation reports and updates critical research monthly.
DEVELOPER
Allen is a Full Stack Developer, works closely with the Operations Team focusing on system development and enhancements. Leveraging his expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, he efficiently integrates cutting-edge solutions into Calla Property's processes.
