The Brisbane housing market continues to offer the twin benefits of affordability and sustainable medium to long-term performance. The prognosis of the residential property market in Brisbane LGA is positive, especially considering the moderate price growth over the past few years and the significant infrastructure projects supporting the transformation of the city.
